Stasia (Kuźma) Kuzmich reinterprets traditional Belarusian art within a contemporary and local Eastern European context. Her primary mediums are paper cutting (vytsinanka) and traditional singing within the Trava music duo. Through them, she seeks to convey to contemporary viewers and listeners the dialogue between the past and the present, as well as the differences, similarities, and treasures of their coexistence.
