Bio
I’m a Scottish street photographer living and working in Warsaw, Poland. Described by the British Academy of Photography as a prodigious talent, and by critics as a surrealist at heart with an eye for irony and amusing little moments. Among other places, I have shown exhibitions at the National Scottish Football Museum and the Edinburgh International Arts Festival, and also in Warsaw, Poland. My work has been published by the European editions of Vanity Fair, Vogue, and Time, and by the New York Times, and the Guardian, among others. I teach photography, and I mentor young photographers. I am a former musician and survivor of the post-rock wars, a lapsed record label owner, and occasional DJ.
