Bio
Miguel Ferreira is a Brazilian-Italian comedian, improviser, actor, host, producer and cultural organiser based in Warsaw.
He is the founder and Creative Director of Impact Warsaw, an international performing-arts initiative bringing together artists and audiences from different countries through stand-up comedy, improv, theatre, workshops and interdisciplinary events.
His work is strongly connected to migration, cultural exchange and the experience of building a life in a new country. Through comedy and performance, Miguel explores identity, belonging, communication and the sometimes absurd experience of navigating different cultures and languages.
He also produces Impact Fest, an international performing-arts festival in Warsaw that brings local and visiting artists together and creates opportunities for collaboration, experimentation and connection.
Miguel has lived and worked in several countries and performs in multiple languages. His goal is to create accessible, welcoming spaces where people from different backgrounds can meet through art, laughter and shared experiences.
