Bio
Evgeny Kuchmeyno is a Belarusian musician, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer and sound engineer based in Poland. Under the name .K (tochka K), he creates psychedelic folk combining acoustic guitar and voice with dark folk influences, electronic percussion and textured sound.
His lyrics explore dreams, liminal states, nature and the surrounding landscape. His solo performances bring together intimate acoustic passages and dense, emotionally charged sections, with songs often flowing into one another. Meticulous studio work gives his recordings a cohesive, organic sound.
Founded in 2011, .K has released five studio albums: O’k (2011), УніСон (2014), Dobrazol (2016), Ау (2019) and 1ok (2023), as well as live recordings. In 2016, the project won the competition at the Basovišča festival in Poland.
Kuchmeyno also works with other artists through his mobile studio Nёman-9 in Poland’s Podlasie region. In 2026, Sveta Ben & .K released the collaborative album Karova Belaya, for which he created arrangements, performed instrumental parts, and handled production, recording and mixing.
