Bio
BY TEATR is a dynamically developing theatre hub and foundation supporting artists in exile. It is an inclusive, multicultural space bringing together four areas: Foundation, Theatre, Acting Studio, and Laboratory.
The Foundation supports actors, directors, playwrights, and independent collectives with project production and management, technical resources, and access to venues and partners.
The Theatre operates across Poland and internationally. Its repertoire includes 7 performances and 7 concerts, including two charity concerts, and it has participated in 7 festivals.
The Acting Studio, launched in 2025, welcomed over 40 participants in its first year and includes a 12-member professional core, masterclasses, and laboratory programmes.
The Laboratory connects playwrights and directors from Eastern Europe and Poland, fostering collaboration, exchange, and new dramaturgical practices.
