How can we build coalitions around issues that matter to us? How can we share our artistic practice not only through presentation, but also by engaging individuals, communities, and groups—those who may not necessarily have prior artistic experience? How can we create participatory spaces and co-create artistic events?
During four meetings in February 2026, we will share our experience and propose workshop processes that will support a collective reflection on what socially engaged art is—art that is open and invites diverse communities to co-create.
The meetings aim to foster an exchange of experiences, introduce good practices of artistic engagement, and help lay the groundwork for developing participants’ own community-based artistic practice.
As part of the series, we invite you to four meetings:
February 3 (Tuesday), 6:30–8:30 PM
